How it works

Walk both ends
The plant it is leaving and the plant it is going to. Door widths, aisle turns, floor loads, and utilities on both sides before anybody touches a wrench.

Decommission and tag
Power down, disconnect, and document. Every connection photographed and labeled so the far end is a rebuild, not a puzzle.

Rigging plan and permits
We write the rigging plan, pull the permits the move needs, and sequence the disassembly to match how it goes back together.

Transport
Loaded, secured, and moved. Plant to plant or state to state.

Re-install and commission
Set, level, anchor, reconnect, and run it until it makes product the way it did before it moved. Usually better, because we fix what we found on the way out.

How do you keep a relocation from turning into a rebuild?
We photograph and tag every connection before it comes apart, and we sequence the disassembly to match how it has to go back together. The far end is a rebuild when nobody documented the near end.
What if you find problems while it is apart?
We tell you. A line in pieces is the cheapest time in its life to fix something, and we would rather have that conversation then than after it is anchored.
Do you relocate equipment you did not manufacture?
Yes. The discipline is the same regardless of whose nameplate is on the panel.
