Common questions
What does The Henry Group fabricate?
Weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts built to your drawing. For data center builds that means cable tray and ladder rack, hot and cold aisle containment, equipment skids and mounting frames, seismic and rack brackets, sheet metal enclosures and control panels, and structural steel including catwalks, access platforms, and pipe and duct supports.
Do you do laser cutting in house?
Yes. A fiber laser for flat sheet and plate in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, and a tube/profile laser for tube and profile, which cuts length, copes, holes, slots, and weld prep in a single operation. Press brake forming, CNC machining, and welding are in the same building, so a flat blank can leave as a finished, welded assembly.
Can you fabricate for a data center build?
Yes. Send a DXF, a STEP file, or a dimensioned print and tell us material, quantity, and the date you need it on your dock. We have completed data center work under NDA, so we cannot name the client or show the drawings, but we can walk you through the process on a call.
Do you install what you fabricate?
Yes. The Field Crew that rigs, sets, levels, and anchors heavy equipment works for the same company as the shop that cut your parts. Fabrication and installation are coordinated within one company.
What industries does The Henry Group serve?
Six: data centers, bakery, beverage, snack, warehouse & conveyor, and heavy equipment. Data centers are where the fabrication and laser work is focused now. Bakery is where we built our name over fifty years, and where the published proof still lives.
Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Greenville, Texas (established 1976), where the fabrication shop is. We fabricate and install across all 50 states, with permitting and rigging handled in-house.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Call 800-356-7591 and a real human picks up. The call auto-routes to four Field Crew leads until one answers. We talk through what is down and, depending on crew availability, get someone out to you as soon as we can.
How fast will I hear back after sending a drawing or requesting an assessment?
Requests route to one shared inbox reviewed by a Field Crew lead, not a sales rep, with an initial scope reply within one business day. Mark it "emergency" and we prioritize it, talk it through, and get a crew out as soon as we can.
