Fabrication for your build

Data center builds run on steel that has to be right the first time. Cable tray and containment, equipment skids and mounting frames, enclosures, and the structural supports that carry all of it. The schedule is unforgiving and rework is the most expensive thing on the job.

We cut it, form it, weld it, and install it. Fiber laser for flat sheet and plate, a tube laser that cuts copes, holes, and weld prep into the profile so frames locate themselves, a press brake, a CNC, and our own certified welders. All in one building in Greenville, Texas, and then set and anchored on your floor by the same company that built it.

The Henry Group has been fabricating and installing industrial production equipment since 1976. That work was bakery for most of it, and the published proof still is. What transfers is not an oven. It is a shop that holds a tolerance and a field crew that sets heavy equipment level, square, and anchored on somebody else’s schedule.

What we work on

Share the equipment, materials and work you need. We’ll confirm the scope and availability.

  • Cable tray, ladder rack, and cable management. Runs, transitions, drops, and the brackets and hangers that carry them.
  • Hot and cold aisle containment. Panels, doors, end caps, roof sections, and the frames they hang on, cut and formed to your aisle.
  • Equipment skids, frames, and stands. Mounting frames, rack bases, seismic and anchor brackets, and skids for mechanical and electrical gear.
  • Sheet metal enclosures and panels. Cabinets, housings, covers, control enclosures, and custom cutouts to your panel layout.
  • Structural steel. Catwalks, access platforms, mezzanines, pipe and duct supports, and unistrut and strut assemblies.
  • Tube and profile weldments. Frames cut on the tube laser with copes, holes, and weld prep already in them, so the assembly squares itself.

Fiber laser, tube laser, press brake, CNC, and our own certified welders under one roof. Your containment frame doesn't queue at a second vendor to become an assembly.

We install what we fabricate

The crew that rigs, sets, levels, and anchors heavy equipment works for the same company as the shop that cut your parts. Fabrication and installation are coordinated within one company.

Setting heavy equipment level, square, and anchored on a schedule is what The Henry Group has done since 1976. A rack row punishes a sloppy datum the same way an oven line does.

Data Centers: common questions

What do you fabricate for data centers?

Cable tray, ladder rack, and cable management; hot and cold aisle containment panels and frames; equipment skids, mounting frames, rack bases, and seismic brackets; sheet metal enclosures, cabinets, and control panels; and structural steel including catwalks, access platforms, and pipe and duct supports.

Have you actually done data center work?

Yes, under NDA. We can't name the client, show the drawings, or publish the photos, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do is walk you through the fabrication and install process on a call, and point you at fifty years of published work holding tolerances on production equipment.

Do you cut and form in house, or is it subcontracted?

In house. Fiber laser for flat sheet and plate, a tube/profile laser for tube and profile, press brake for forming, CNC for machined parts, and our own certified welders for the weldments. Nothing structural gets farmed out.

Can you work to our construction schedule?

Tell us the window when you call. Fabrication gets scheduled backward from your install date, and the set sequence gets built around the access you can actually give us, not the access on the drawing.

Do you handle relocations or stocked parts for data centers?

No. Our stocked USA-made parts catalog covers bakery, snack, and heavy equipment, and relocations don't currently cover this industry. Custom fabrication is the answer here instead: parts we make to your drawing, rather than parts we pull off a shelf.

Why would a data center hire a company out of bakery?

Because the job is fabricating steel to a drawing and setting it precisely, on a schedule, without rework. That's the same job. The equipment on the pallet is what changed.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. We're in Greenville, Texas, and we fabricate and install across all 50 states, with permitting and rigging handled in house.
