When something’s down, you need the part and the know-how to put it in. We stock a catalog of USA-made parts that ship the same week, and our techs can install them in the field. Ignitors, flex hoses, gas lines, controls: diagnosed, repaired, back in spec.
What is it doing, when did it start, what changed. Half of the diagnosis happens on that call.
Remotely if we can, on site if we have to. We would rather spend an hour finding the cause than a day replacing the wrong part.
Most of what fails is in our USA-made catalog and ships the same week. Obsolete and legacy parts get fabricated in our own shop.

Yes. Our parts catalog is USA-made and we manufacture in Greenville, Texas.
Our stocked catalog is our own. For other manufacturers we either source the part or fabricate it in our shop. Legacy and obsolete equipment is where the shop earns its keep.
