What we work on in heavy equipment

If the equipment you need serviced isn't on this list, call us anyway. The discipline carries.

  • Industrial machinery of any size
  • Heavy thermal and process equipment
  • Drive and conveyance assemblies
  • Structural steel, platforms, and mezzanines
The Elite Standard

Bakery taught us
about tight tolerances.

  • Rigging is a plan, not a crane

We walk the plant, measure the door, the aisle, the floor load, and the ceiling, then write the rigging plan. The crane shows up to execute a plan that already exists.

  • Set and level to a tolerance

Big, heavy, and it has to land in exactly the right spot. That is the whole job, and it is what we have done since 1976.

  • Eleven certified welders

When something has to be fabricated on site or a legacy part no longer exists, we make it. Our own shop, our own welders.

FAQ

Heavy Equipment: common questions

What counts as heavy equipment?

Industrial machinery of any kind. If it is big, heavy, and has to land in exactly the right spot, it is our work, whatever industry it sits in.

Do you pull the permits for a move?

Yes. Decommission, rigging plan, permits, transport, re-install, and commissioning. One crew owns the whole move.

Do you fabricate parts for legacy machinery?

Yes. Heavy equipment is one of the three industries our USA-made catalog stocks for, and obsolete parts get fabricated in our own shop by our own welders.

Do you do automation and controls work on heavy equipment?

Not currently. Here we cover installs, relocations, site visits and assessments, repairs and parts, and emergency service.
