Yes. Our anchor assessment was on a Baker Thermal hearth-plate oven at HEB in San Antonio, not a Henry Group oven. We assess the equipment in front of us.
We review guarding, lockout/tagout points, light curtains, and walkways against OSHA requirements as part of the visit, and the findings go in the written report. We are not an OSHA inspection body; this is an engineering review you can act on.
